Want to Know

How far in advance should we book? +
We recommend booking 12–18 months in advance for peak season (spring and fall), and 6–12 months for off-peak dates. Weekend dates for the Grand Estate package book especially quickly. Contact us to check your preferred date's availability.
Is catering included in any of the packages? +
Catering is not included in our venue packages, but we maintain a curated list of preferred caterers who know the estate well and offer priority availability to our couples. You're also welcome to bring in your own licensed and insured caterer.
Do you offer payment plans? +
Yes. We require a 25% deposit to hold your date, with the remainder payable in installments leading up to your event. Your coordinator will outline a custom payment schedule during your initial planning call.
Can we have rehearsal dinner on-site? +
Absolutely. Rehearsal dinner add-ons are available for all packages. The Margarite House garden makes a particularly beautiful setting for an intimate rehearsal dinner, and the main estate lawn accommodates larger gatherings beautifully.
What happens in case of rain? +
Louisiana weather can be unpredictable, and we plan for it. All packages include a weather contingency plan, and we work with tenting vendors who provide priority availability to our couples. Our coordinator will walk you through all rain options during your planning process.
Are there noise or curfew restrictions? +
Music must conclude by 10pm outdoors and midnight indoors, in keeping with local ordinances and respect for our historic surroundings. Our vendors are experienced working beautifully within these guidelines.
